We are manufacturers & suppliers of Sugar Syrup Making Machine. Sugar Syrup Making Machine is used for preparing continuous sugar syrup using sugar handling system. Sugar syrup is prepared using high speed stirrer and electrical/steam heating at required temperature. The highly efficient transfer pump discharges the final product to the storage vessel through zero hold up filter press.

Specifications :

1. Complete vessel design as per ASME guidelines and the complete plant is manufactured as. Per cGMP guidelines
2. All vessels are suitable for internal pressure of minimum 1 Kg/cm2 and hence can be sterilised
3. Complete closed circuit system
4. Charging of the sugar to the sugar melting vessel can be done under vacuum without vacuuming the sugar melting vessel (optional)
5. Final product transfer through Zero hold up filter press in to the storage vessel
6. On line homogeniser for suspension products
7. Bottom entry stirrer can be provided to restrict overall height
8. Optimised design and fully automatic PLC based control ensures minimum manual handling and low maintenance cost
9. Working platform and ladder with railing in AISI 304 stainless steel
10. All connecting pipelines, fittings, valves and contact parts are of AISI 316 stainless steel seamless quality and are electro-polished and crevice free
11. Available in various batch capacities from 1,000 litres to 20,000 litres
